Cotswold Farm Park

RHA were invited to suggest a transition strategy when the farm park brand intended to be shifted from a generic rare breeds collection to an attraction represented by BBC’s Countryfile presenter and farm owner Adam Henson. In the process the demographic of visitors expanded from a normal drive time criteria to a prime time TV audience destination attraction. The increase in visitor numbers and experiential expectation required a new masterplan, visitor/animal encounter program and importantly a new entrance arrangement. This phased development is now progressing with new circulation infrastructure and visitor facilities and experiences coming on stream each season.
